Substitutions Jordan Made:

This quiche was absolutely delicious, and I hadn’t tried out my partner’s cast iron skillet. It was the perfect opportunity. Below I’ve listed the few substitutions I made, in case you’d like to try my version. Happy eating!

Sweet Potatoes - I used the white flesh Japanese sweet potatoes (I like their taste better)

Flour - I used almond flour (Cause its what I had, and it worked great!)

Bacon - I used a “fake sausage” brand (Store didn’t have any bacon)

Low Fat Milk - I used almond milk (I just don’t like milk, honestly. Normally the cashew blend from Trader Joe’s is my favorite milk alternative, but the store I went to didn’t have that.)

Cheese - I used Skellig. (I just picked a cheese that sounded fun)

Don’t forget to let me know if you try this recipe! Enjoy!
