A Professional Lumberjack Athlete who has traveled the world competing in everything from local small shows to World Championships. Erin understands both sides of that .01 of a second, either by winning or occasionally losing, therefore she knows how important that extra push is for final results – in competition, the gym, and everyday life. Opening Predation CrossFit has given Erin the resources needed to help you train for life's physical demands and winning the game. If you are in, so is she.

Josh is a ball of energy, looking to take his tenacity for CrossFit all the way to the Games. He competed in gymnastics in his youth and landed his first job as a gymnastics coach at 17. Josh came to PCF for a more competitive atmosphere after years of weightlifting alone in his garage. His knowledge of body mechanics and strong background in gymnastics and weightlifting transitioned well into coaching CrossFit. He’s a Volunteer Firefighter who has a passion for helping others, as well as improvement that he shares with his peers. Some days you’ll improve by an inch, some days by a mile, but he’s here to help you reach your goals.

Elisa Neiswender

With no other athletic experiences, Elisa started Crossfit in 2012 and began coaching Crossfit fulltime in 2017. Being a military spouse and moving frequently, Crossfit provided not only an amazing method of exercise but also a community that spanned the globe. In 2015, she began dropping in to PCF periodically when she would visit her hometown. With a permanent move back to Spokane, she was able to begin coaching at PCF. She enjoys coaching a little bit of everything but one of her main passions is for Masters athletes. “Watching my parents age, I see the importance of building and maintaining strength and mobility to prolong quality of life and independence. I also love introducing new athletes to CrossFit as well as cultivating a love of fitness at all ability levels. Each athlete’s journey looks different and I enjoy tailoring training for each person’s goals”.

Ray Regno
CF-L3 CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff Burgener Strength Seminar Staff
Ray has been doing CrossFit since 2007 and is the proud owner of affiliate #166: CrossFit Stronghold in San Diego, CA. The gym no longer offers in-person training, but Ray continues The Stronghold legacy by way of remote coaching and coaches mentoring. In addition to mentoring coaches, Ray is a member of the CrossFit HQ Seminar staff and teaches the CF-L1 and CF-L2 courses. Ray is also part of the Burgener Strength Seminar staff and teaches their Weightlifting Level 1 and Level 2 courses. Ray was the lead trainer for the CrossFit Flexibility Workshop and was an intern for CrossFit Gymnastics and the old CrossFit Mobility seminar. Ray is passionate about making the world a safe place for people to learn, experiment, and grow: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Mia Bertagnolli
CF L-2 CF Weightlifting
Mia is a multi-sport athlete with a background in soccer, volleyball, distance running, triathlons (IronMan finisher), and mountain biking. She is a 2nd degree black belt with 10 years of experience as a Tae Kwon Do instructor and girls' youth soccer coach. She also has 25 years of experience teaching biology to college students. Mia and husband John found their way to Predation CrossFit in 2012, and were hooked!

Now in her 50’s, after raising two daughters, she feels stronger, more powerful and more fit than ever before and looks forward to staying that way for several more decades. She is excited to help you achieve your fitness goals in the supportive and fun community of Predation CrossFit!
Angela Miller
CF-L1 Nutrition Consultant
Angela is a previous collegiate rower, but these days she builds strength and functional fitness for being a mom. She has a BS in Sports Medicine, and she’s a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach. She takes a holistic and primal approach to nutrition and aims to help clients reach goals like weight loss, strength gain and symptom reduction through whole foods nutrition and lifestyle modifications.
