A Professional Lumberjack Athlete who has traveled the world competing in everything from local small shows to World Championships. Erin understands both sides of that .01 of a second, either by winning or occasionally losing, therefore she knows how important that extra push is for final results – in competition, the gym, and everyday life. Opening Predation CrossFit has given Erin the resources needed to help you train for life's physical demands and winning the game. If you are in, so is she.

Casey Hall (Coach)
Casey grew up with an athlete mentality, playing football and baseball. Both CrossFit and MMA training helped him through high school. Sense then, he’s never stopped learning everything he can about health and fitness. His goal is to help people use fitness to be the best version of themselves, as fitness helped mold him into who he is.

Mia Bertagnolli (Coach)
CF-L1 & 2
Mia is a multi-sport athlete with a background in soccer, volleyball, distance running, triathlons (IronMan finisher), and mountain biking. She is a 2nd degree black belt with 10 years of experience as a Tae Kwon Do instructor and girls' youth soccer coach. She also has 25 years of experience teaching biology to college students. Mia and husband John found their way to Predation CrossFit in 2012, and were hooked!

Now in her 50’s, after raising two daughters, she feels stronger, more powerful and more fit than ever before and looks forward to staying that way for several more decades. She is excited to help you achieve your fitness goals in the supportive and fun community of Predation CrossFit!
Jordan Springer (Coach)
Jordan credits CrossFit to a lot of wonderful life lessons. Struggling with depression and suicide as a young teen, she found CrossFit to be a constructive use of her energy, finding passion in building not only physical strength but mental fortitude. Coaching and learning throughout her high school years, she got her L-1 upon graduation, opened her own gym in her Georgia hometown, and enjoyed weightlifting for the next couple years. Almost 10 years later, she’s joined us out here in Washington. If she’s not at the gym, you can find her getting lost in the mountains with her german shepherd.

Siri Herzog (Coach)

Siri is a former half and full marathon runner who decided she needed more weights in her life. She walked into PCF one day and hasn't looked back. Now she is one of the head coaches for our CrossFit KIDS Program. As a stay at home mom of 3 kiddos she has become very passionate about the fitness of little ones. On the other end, she also believes you are never too old to do CrossFit or set new goals for yourself.

Amy Eneroth (Coach)

Amy is a former professional golfer turned Crossfit junkie. She played four years of college golf for WSU, then five years competing on the Symetra Tour. After her pro golf career, Amy found CrossFit. Fitness has been Amy’s passion since high school where she took a weightlifting class that changed absolutely everything. Since then, Amy has lost 50 pounds and is more passionate than ever to motivate people to take control of their own fitness, achieve their goals, and live a longer healthier life. Everything she has experienced; from the sacrifices made to achieve a dream and the pressure of competing at the highest level, to her weight loss journey, drives her to be the best coach possible and inspire others to be the greatest version of themselves.

Angela Miller (Coach & Nutrition Consultant)
Angela is a previous collegiate rower, but these days she builds strength and functional fitness for being a mom. She has a BS in Sports Medicine, and she’s a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach. She takes a holistic and primal approach to nutrition and aims to help clients reach goals like weight loss, strength gain and symptom reduction through whole foods nutrition and lifestyle modifications.
