Seth and Megan!!! It’s been so awesome having you guys become part of the PCF fam. Thank you for bringing such hard working and fun energy to our gym and more specifically the afternoon classes!

Seth Young

1. How long have you been at PCF?

3 months

2. What goals are you currently working on?

Staying healthy, active, and capable

3. What is your favorite lift, movement, WOD?

I really enjoy bro days with time between lifts and sets to focus on form and strength

4. What is your favorite non-CrossFit thing to do?

I love to ski, garden, and play with our dogs

5. What is something the gym family might not know about you?

I lived in Asia for 2 years after graduating college


Megan Young

1) How long have you been at PCF? Think I took my first class with Erin the last week of August and then got signed up for September.

2) What goals are you currently working on? Regain pull-ups! + Next bench series I want to put up at least 120 😁

3) What is your favorite lift/ movement/wod? Power Cleans and box jumps! (Never liked bench until this last series and now I am slightly obsessed!)

4) What is your favorite non-crossfit thing to do? Anything to do with the outdoors! From wandering the woods with our dogs to working in the garden with Seth to dreaming about new trips and adventures!

5) What is something the gym family might not know about you? I make mini pumpkin pie bites for thanksgiving, and this year the sugar pumpkins are from our garden!
