Get to know the strong momma and athletic badass that is this month's athlete spotlight!


How long have you been at Predation?

I joined Predation January of 2017!


What goals are you currently working towards?

To be honest, my goal is just to show up as much as I can.. It can be really hard to carve out the time for myself with full time work, parenting and everything else going on in life.. If I've made it in several times a week, I'm thrilled with myself!

What is your favorite lift, movement or WOD?

All of them? :) More specifically, I really enjoy all O-lift movements, especially the snatch. It's so complicated and a never ending learning process... And it feels so good when you get one right.


What is your favorite non-CrossFit thing to do?

Pottery! It's pretty much guaranteed that I show up to the gym everyday with some amount of clay still stuck to me or in my hair.

Hanging out with my family is also my favorite, my husband and I love to take our daughter on walks and to the park or do anything that gets us outside.


What is something the gym family might not know about you?

I'm addicted to peanut butter and jelly.
