Our CrossFit Kids classes focus on fun and play through physical activity and mental toughness. We just want kids to be excited about getting outside and being active. Come workout with our Saturday adult class while your kids get their own specific workout at the same time!

Is CrossFit good for kids?
The experts have gone back and forth on their opinions about youth weightlifting, currently agreeing that proper form and technique acquired at a young age can reap positive benefits on growth and development. We like to keep things simple for our Kids CrossFit classes, and that means facilitating fun movement in a safe environment. I think we can all agree when it comes down to our kids being stuck in front of a screen or playing outside for an hour.
