Being a military spouse and moving frequently, CrossFit provided not only an amazing method of exercise but also a community that spanned the globe. In 2015, she began dropping in to PCF periodically when she would visit her hometown. With a permanent move back to Spokane, she was able to begin coaching at PCF. She enjoys coaching a little bit of everything but one of her main passions is for Masters athletes. “Watching my parents age, I see the importance of building and maintaining strength and mobility to prolong quality of life and independence. I also love introducing new athletes to CrossFit as well as cultivating a love of fitness at all ability levels. Each athlete’s journey looks different and I enjoy tailoring training for each person’s goals”. <br> <br>“Come for the workout, stay for the people.”</td></table>"))
