Classes

Crossfit is designed for every ability level. You will see athletes of all types in our Crossfit Classes. From the stay-at-home mom to the professional athlete. Each class is capped at 16 people, so everyone gets the individual attention they need.

Saturday
9am-10am

The foundational classes included in your membership. These are traditional Crossfit style workouts trained in a small group dynamic.

Open Gym

Monday-Friday
7am-9am

Whether you’re looking to take your training to the next level or want to utilize specific equipment, open gym enables you to have free reign.

Olympic Weightlifting

Tuesdays, Thursdays
1pm-2:30pm

For a $30 monthly add on, you can workout with Casey, our Olympic Weightlifting coach. Fine tune your form or develop stronger lifts in this specialized class.

Nutrition Coaching & Personal Training

Monday-Friday
