Class Schedule

So that each of you get the coaching you have come to expect and deserve from PCF, as well as for safety, we have placed an attendance cap on each class according to the WOD.  Sign up below to secure your place in each class.  Remaining spaces will be on a first come first serve basis.  If you sign up for class and fail to show - plan on 50 burpees at the beginning of your next WOD.
